Returns Policy
We hope you love your piece. If it's not quite right, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving your items. Returned items must be received by us within 28 days of the delivery date.
We accept returns for a refund within this period. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned with all tags attached.
How to Return

Once your request has been received, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until your return has been processed.
Processing & Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved by our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation.
Please allow up to 7 business days from receipt of your return for processing. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Multiple Items / Orders
You may return multiple items in a single parcel, including items from different orders. Please ensure all relevant order numbers are included inside the parcel.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, knickers cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened, unless the item is faulty.
Important Information
Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received at our warehouse.
We are not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service and retaining proof of postage.
Any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges incurred when returning items are the responsibility of the customer. To avoid unnecessary charges, we recommend clearly marking the parcel as "Returned Goods".
International returns may be subject to customs inspection and clearance procedures, which can occasionally cause delays. VSPR is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or carriers.
Items returned outside the returns period, returned in an unsuitable condition, or returned without their original tags may not qualify for a refund and may be returned to the customer at their expense.
