We offer standard US shipping for $9.95

Orders shipped to the United States are sent with applicable duties and import taxes included in the price paid at checkout. Customers will not be required to pay additional customs charges upon delivery. However, all international shipments remain subject to customs clearance procedures, which may occasionally cause delays that are outside of VSPR's control.

All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties or import taxes, any return shipping fees, customs charges, or carrier handling costs incurred will be deducted from your refund.

If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us for any reason, original shipping fees and any additional return or processing costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note, if a parcel is abandoned, destroyed, or disposed of by the courier due to failure to collect or pay applicable charges, no refund will be issued.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. Please be sure to check your spam folder for this email.

If you experience any issues with your delivery (e.g., lost, delayed, or damaged parcels), please contact our Customer Experience team at help@vsprofficial.com. We recommend reaching out within 7 days of your expected delivery date.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. VSPR is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Currently, we do not offer free shipping. Our shipping fees are kept minimal to ensure swift, reliable delivery via trusted courier partners.
